We have not done physical inspection in any of the propeties, which I thought would be included in the program but, since I am out of town and had a rental car, I drove to the properties by myself.The presentation material and the dynamic in class could certainly improve but, honestly, a lot of the hold-backs in class were created by less informed students or students who have not done the prep work around getting the GMAIL/Google drive ready to go beforehand.

Hello BP,I am putting in bold the "gist"I am in the process or preparing my house to be sold so I can move into something a bit smaller (i.e. investor friendly) and buy 2 more properties this year...I'll elaborate:I used to live in Cary, NC, the most desired town in the Raleigh-Durham area (for the most part) and moved to a Knightdale SFR to reduce my mortgage costs (Cary is super expensive) and because I had a gut feeling it would be a boomtown soon, and it has been.

The driveway is only wide enough for one car and blocks the garage, so yes, the tenants would have to coordinate with each other when the one in garage would need to move his/her car. I
