Hello, I moved to Boise, ID 7 months ago and am interested in the local short term rental marked. 

I personally won't be buying anything until the crash happens and the bottom is found, but tons of other people think there is still a lot of room left for growth.

I should mention that there are some competitive advantages in working with Lowe’s because the material costs aren’t marked up, and their subs are more incentivized to complete the project on time because they’re being paid by Lowe’s, not me.
