Our stuff is probably a lot more complicated than yours as we are general contractors (meaning we have a zillion subs and suppliers we are always dealing with,) and Real Estate Brokers (though we only use our license for listing and selling properties we are doing ourselves) For your purposes you can probably set up files for your jobs by Street on your real estate investing, and the same with your HVAC business (though you could do by customer last name).

More importantly, a number of the suppliers that serve VW also serve BMW and Mercedes. 

Many suppliers, vendors and loan companies don't like to do business with LLC's because the LLC attempts to make officers not liable for any debt.

They just moved back in last week.The builder and the supplier both claimed ignorance of the problem and another person I used to work with in the drywall business was front and center when this all blew up a couple of years ago.

Sure Boeing moved their headquarters to Chicago, but all the suppliers and manufacturers are still in the Seattle/Everett area.You can do a quick search on Google for Aerospace or Aviation associations in Washington state.

Who can recommend a supplier with the best selection and prices on kitchen cabinets, flooring and granite counter tops either locally in Miami or online?

I’d look up chemical/soap suppliers in the area, especially if you can figure out who the supplier is for those car washes.

I felt he was trying to up-sell me with other options, and also told me that the material prices would be going up in a few weeks because their contracts with their building suppliers were changing (although I don't remember his exact wording anymore).
