I as hoping if we could start a mini poll to see where we each stand amongst our Buy and Hold cohorts.I made a spread sheet that you can anonymously list your rental income and how much you are claiming in travel/meal expenses.

Any of those would give you anonymity from that standpoint.In order to stay off of deeds and recorded documents, you would have to appoint another Manager of the LLC and that person would have to sign.

I'm also thinking of forming a Land Trust for more anonymity and so I can transfer a home I own into the trust that will be held by LLC.

@Jon Adams If your LLC is a sole proprietorship, then you can transfer the properties into the LLC without creating any issue with your lender.You can also simply transfer them into an anonymous land trust, which affords you a degree of anonymity and therefore protection.
