The classic Nothing Down by Robert Allen let me believe I could be an investor.How to Win Friends and Influence People by Dale Carnegie is one  I try and re-read yearly. 

It’s a book I would both reread (and have) and share with a counterpart to read.

I suppose I could try a couple other companies but from what I have been told it seems like this is a general policy in the state of Florida.As stated before I have already read everything on that link but a reread wouldn't hurt.

When creating a sales letter, after you have written what you have to say, reread what you wrote and ask yourself, "who gives a crap?"

Rereading this, it sounds like Rich was saying that once you win, then you do a new title search, if you find liens owed, you don't have to purchase the property.

I have only just begun, but have read and plan to reread the intelligent investor.
