This is working way better with a team and doesn't require as much finessing and learning of a new platform like AirTable.

Who writes and sends personal hand-written thank you cards anymore when you can email, text, or message clients on any social media platform?

We're trying out another new platform currently, but no one is loving it just yet.Anyone have advice for software options, primarily being used in the HML space?  

Going to be branching out to social media platforms soon to answer questions and share tips and our mistakes/lessons learned everyday!

Anyone who is also new to real estate investing that hasn't checked out either of those platforms yet I highly recommend it!

Most of the investors I work with utilize Airbnb and other STR platforms to list corporate travel accommodations, primarily targeted to business travelers and professionals.

I can't vouch for any yet but I've used Keith Wienhold's platform to find TK providers.

Plus the same platform can put you in front of BUYERS before your competition even knows they exist, poach clients from THEIR open houses, put you in front of people who visit websites like Trulia, Zillow, Realtor, etc.
