Madison proper is probably even worse because of the excellent schools and the huge number of owner occupied buyers.  

-If anyone knows of any off market deals for larger SFH in Reservoir Hill, Madison Park, Station North, Old Goucher please keep me in mind.

My sister is in Wisconsin and she said they haven't shut down any bars or restaurants where she is (near Madison). 

I am currently 21 and attending school at UW-Madison.

I have decided I am going to learn all I can about real estate and take the plunge into a duplex (if I can find the right deal) in my local area of Madison, WI by Q3 2018.
