I don't even want to circle back with the lawyer I originally engaged as I was not impressed with his support or follow up.  

This person has three jobs, all new, at least one of them sounds sketchy, and the income isn't enough to support the rent.

Run the numbers and make sure it will support itself when you are gone.

I have never had that kind of contact @Tyler Sherman, but it does seem fishy to me.Usually we get the "our company is going to pay for our vacation" types of scams.Having said that, does anyone think it would be a problem to provide that walk through?
