Subsequently, the phone and electric companies contacted me whenever I had new tenants to confirm I have leases with them since some people who fell behind and got cut off often claim to be new tenants giving them phony info obtained thru identity theft.My advice is to keep looking.

Records maintained for a series that reasonably identify its assets, including by specific listing, category, type, quantity, computational or allocational formula or procedure (including a percentage or share of any asset or assets) or by any other method where the identity of such assets is objectively determinable, will be deemed to account for the assets associated with such series separately from the other assets of the limited liability company, or any other series thereof.

I was searching for a househack and a triplex where two units were identical and massive and could be rented out for quite a bit and a third unit that was a simple 1 bedroom unit created the perfect opportunity, plus it was one of the cheapest costing properties on the MLC when looking at price per square foot.

The theory being that builders continually manipulate things (that's a separate write-up unto itself) as the building continues to get sales prices higher and higher, typically if you compare Phase I to the final Phase those final ones sold for way more than area appreciation otherwise would indicate compared to identical homes sold X years ago in Phase I.

I also look only at sold homes that are identical in the number of beds and baths, similar in condition, square feet of living area and acreage.
