I doubt its a problem because if you told them a duplex im sure they assume you will be living in one and renting the other but its better to check.

It's just a question if they are willing to share them.Sure I could build these out, but I am much better at buying houses than I am setting up CRMs and am hoping someone out there would be up to helping another investor out.

It seems like there should be a dividing line somewhere to make it easy, but also maybe not because both of these ladies seem to have pretty solid claims although I would think the last one has a better shot.From a legal POV (although this is not legal advice although I am an attorney), without a will the estate gets probated along blood lines.

I have found it is better to use a Broker if possible so they can shop companies, and shop every year vs using a captive agent that can typically only sell their company policies.While it is good to shop, not always good to go with the lowest possible provider on insurance.
