I am currently reading a book by Gary Keller with Keller-Williams and he says that brokers do plan on their income and must learn from models and following up to get a customer to sign a listing contract.

I like The Millionaire Real Estate Investor, Gary Keller; and I read The Compound Effect by Darren Hardy (which is actually self-improvement so sorry but I still found it relevant/useful to investing) And earlier this year I read Rich Dad's Cashflow Quadrant.I think I'll also be substituting REI blog posts for books most of the time, because I feel like I get more honest, straightforward, actionable content.

I just read "the millionaire real estate investor" by Gary Keller(for those who didn't read it I highly recommend this book, and it also recommended by many, including Biggerpockets on the top 20 real-estate book page) and I learn there the "zooming in" concept.State-county-city-neighborhood-streets....After learning the market you should have your APB(All Property Bulletin) , which means specific criteria for your property."3bd/2bath, brick, year 2000+, 2 garages, basement etc..."
