I would recommend messaging a couple and seeing who fits your needs. 

Its never a one sized fits all of course.Generally, a deduction today is more powerful than a deduction tomorrow with time value money and rising rates over time.

All investors should consider private money lending as an additional income stream if due diligence is done correctly and the project is a good fit.

Careful trying to make the shoe fit or grabbing the lowest hanging fruit.

Going to be diligent and cautious but I'm really just trying to get into the game when I see something that fits my criteria and goals with real estate.

They fit in the "too good to be true" category. 

Would be curious to know why they longer display it that way, because I did find it helpful to see where I fit in the distribution. 

There are many paths, but just getting on the road, hitting a single to get on base, anyway you find fit to add value to you and others is the best way to get going.
