Because real estate information from other sources is often too broad, we generate our own statistics.

You only need a place to track tenant information, payment history, maintenance, etc.

Of course I don't know the details of how your currently transmit information to your bookkeeper.

Seller accepted my very low offer because the prior buyer walked away when the inspector informed him the septic was corroded.

But do consult with an attorney for more information on what exactly you need to do.

@Glen MichaelI recently hired a PM and didn't have to provide any of those information you mentioned.

The number of issues is so large I can't concisely describe them all now, but to summarize, Latchel is exceedingly slow to respond to all maintenance requests, including emergencies, and basically fails to communicate any information regarding the status of repairs.

In advance of anyone responding, we appreciate any information anyone provides as we go through this process.
