Ok, so I know that none of us have a crystal ball.

Telling new investors who are looking to house hack to look for seller financing is telling them to spend a year tossing air into the wind in hopes it turns into a crystal.

Gallinelli's book is not a crystal ball, but gives you the tools to help decide which way it is likely to go.

Hey @Michael Mroczka - I think you definitely got some good advice above from @Paul De Luca and @Crystal Smith.....this is definitely a somewhat grey area, but the more upfront you can be the better.  

This means that as the upward pressure of demand softens, we will see a cooling-off period supported by limited supply.I am not claiming to have a crystal ball, but what this means to me is that we will see stabilization in the market.

Obviously none of us have a crystal ball, but I don't think it would be a foolish decision to sit this one out until next year.
