Hello I'm a 17 year old very interested  into getting into rental properties, What are some good tips/tricks or books/Podcast  etc.... to read.

I've been writing full-time for an online publication since 2022 and building my faculty book instead.

As people transition to our area, they book our place to coincide with completing construction, sale/purchase of housing, etc…so, #1 location#2, growth of the economy, influx of jobs, etc#3, don’t laugh…have your house well decorated and take pro pictures to share.  

Tahoe condo 3/1 started from the low 300k near Tahoe city but somehow I found the booking is not that great.

Harv's book and realized I was the problem.

They had a tax lien book for $100 bucks it was online course they gave book too, show where to get liens even was connected with every city tax lien etc.

He also mentioned he sent out some financials but did not have cashflow statements from his book keeper and he would have those shortly.

If it wasn't fraud but simple incompetence (and he lost the money), then that isn't a crime and your options are more limited.Your legal contract (and/or the state laws the entity was incorporated in...depending on where) most likely requires the sponsor to share books and records with you (so you can at least know what happened).

Since I Read the book I am still confused on the pre approval part.

I was unable to find any information on either of them from before 2016 when they self-published a book on CRE.
