What is your process at end of year and timing for providing k-1’s2.

My suspicion is that we probably will see little or no money and should investigate using our losses as tax-write offs (consult your lawyer/tax advisor).

Given you already have a property, you may feel comfortable enough with the home-buying process and reviewing of the contracts.

While traditional banks provide lower interest rates, they come with strict approval processes and long wait times.

But I want to know if anyone has had any luck with the tax appeals process?

Great Post-  I appreciate you saying what a lot of the Gurus fail to explain: that this is a long term process and in a lot of cases we don't see the benefits for years to come. 

It's challenging to find lenders that are willing to be in 2nd position on an investment property, but I called quite a few during the process.
