You get the properties in escrow and get the drawings while you are in escrow (site visit) then draft the drawings to get to the city the day you close.

Some have mentioned Turo, but that is a public personal car rental site that anyone could snatch up the car at any time and then it wouldn't be available to our tenants. 

If you're going tell me the last 10 years are going to be similar for the next 7-10, I'm willing to make a larger wager against you.

If you have more time than money, this is the free way to do it.If you value your time, then use one of the paid sites, like flsonline, foreclosures daily, or a host of other data providers.
