Pittsburgh is a blue city with affordable real estate.

Still, I need to put aside the single parent blues and create a commitment space where I can practice communicating with the professionals and master tangible follow through.

The area I want is about 2 acres in size (blue line in pic), it's vacant, zoned commercial, city services, however, it's really a 5.6 acre lot on which sits the hotel directly to the south, as seen in the pic below.

I have a 10 unit with blue doors slated to be paid off in 2019.  

I will say that you can find liberal neighbors anywhere you go, but if this is a huge deal for you, you may want to reconsider moving to a more blue area.

What made you pick royal blue?  

They had blue laws until recently and the number of restaurants and entertainment is limited.
