Might pay more for less effort (gas, equipment) . 

An uninsured worker that gets hurt on your property or a contractor digging up a gas line with a back hoe or disposing of toxic chemicals like paint or solvents into an environmentally sensitive area can result in a huge liability that can easily exceed the value of the property.

HOA’s commonly place restrictions on the length of rentals, how many rentals a year are allowed, etc. and this ruling wouldn’t affect the validity of those rules, although of course plaintiff attorneys will like to say it shows a trend.

I just found this surprise in a duplex I have under contract in the Minneapolis/Saint Paul area.It was updated to Gas at some point in time.

@Mike Dymski I agree with your take that syndication opportunities allow you to invest in these asset classes with your work being on the validation of the operator. 

They can, and will, but you have to get the settlement statements a few days early, so you can get the title co the check, and they have time to verify the check is valid.

And said she wouldn’t ask for gas or mileage (10 miles).

The economics of this city is based off of fishing/oil and gas.
