Any advice y'all can give me on best camera/equipment to buy would be great.

Plus my wife has a drone and a bunch of professional photography equipment including a 3D camera so we could market our projects really well!!

There's no way on the planet that if I was serious that I wouldn't have driven by, alone, last night, with a camera, taken 10 pictures, and posted a few here. 

The "low end" is basically nothing but pictures with a nice camera (or iPhone these days) and posting the kitchen first, letting people scroll through, etc. 

Their duties will certainly shift. automation is going to make the buying process far easier and video, VR, 360 cameras and such will make the searching much easier.

I'd have a good plumber look at this first (have them camera the line).....the plumbers I deal with have seen all sorts of water problems and are usually pretty good about determining the source of any water and what can be done about it. 

Am I correct in thinking the guy that put up cameras is in the right to do so?

I did some research and decided I wanted to run a camera through to see what was down there and determine the right solution to the problem.

If it is on city sewer have a plumber run a camera down the line and tell you if there are any roots or broken pipes.

I'd love to get a 360° camera and VR headset and throw a VR walkthrough in on my first listing as a free perk just to try it out and gauge response.
