Everything else that comes beyond that - and plenty should, in a civilized society - is gravy.

But none of these guys make it very long, natural selection takes care of that.The ones who survive and thirve are very skilled and educated (more than many agents, have to say it), operate with a high level of integrity (because they know your good name and reputation is everything in our business) and just run a very good and solid business overall.And here is where they provide value to our industry and society. 

And not to put myself on a pedestal by any means, but I think that our society could really learn a lot about giving up temporary gratification to reach long term gratification.

Instead, we've built a society where everyone at lower levels feels entitled to EVERYTHING.  

This is an AWESOME Society full of answers and knowledge which can help elevate your success.

The same one's that say "...its nothing personal, it's just business"I frequently feel those sentiments towards many people in our society, but, not little old ladies!!

As an investor, I want to be paid in proportion to how I serve society, not because I'm smarter and I can take advantage of stupid people.   

That is just an excuse that a lot our society uses to rationalize their decisions to spend more money and buy nicer things they don't actually need.  

So I'll be visiting the historical society of another county to piece another puzzle together.
