You just can't sign agreement where the property manager controls when you can and can't use the property.4. 

I would like to have them sign a lease asap.

If not redeemed the property is signed over to the winning bidder.A couple of details.

Russ,  since rules have changed now.. are sellers now just signing listings for say 2 to 3% and no commish to the buyers brokers.. ?

Little did I know, that I just entered into a highly dysfunctional situation where the seller has already been brought to court to sell and was refusing to sign the closing documents.

A better idea would be to sign a new lease agreement at this time, plus or minus an option to purchase.
