How sexy does your website have to be to change that dynamic?

Some of the least sexy assets can be the most profitable, simply because they fly under the radar of institutional investors.There were certainly a lot of people that made money in the past downturn but it was nothing in comparison to the wealth that was transferred in the early 1990's.  

You are more likely to lose money that to earn it, and in any case, a 14-year-old cannot open a brokerage account.The best way for a teenager to earn money is good, old-fashioned, not sexy or exciting, WORK.Mowing lawns, flipping burgers, scooping ice cream, all of that fun stuff.When you are 18, and able to sign contracts, you will have plenty of money saved to get a real estate license, which is a good idea anyway, and then make some larger amounts of money to fund your investment ideas.Let me tell you what I did when I was young. 

Being a stubborn teen I hived into the door a few good times with my shoulders to have it slowly push open and reveal the entire area to be covered in at least 4 foot of snow.

I have 6 busy kids, 4 teens and 2 little ones.

To do this we usually need to be in high teens for a cash and cash return. 

I'd appreciate any bit on knowledge that could be vision expanding for a real estate teen!
