Can we talk about Section 8 a little more here? 

@Kapil PatelThe great thing about section 121 is that there is no limit on how many times that you can use it.The only rule is that you have to own and live in the property for 2 out of the last 5 years.

Everything as far as section 8 and evictions there has never been a issue.

Does section 8 housing inflate the rental price tools on BP or rentometer?

Also considering letting go a Section 8 tenant here in Ohio.

My question is: will the section 8 authority turn down a lease altogether if they think the rent is to high? 

When you get to the rental income section, make sure to add the gross monthly income of the entire property as well to properly determine your analysis.I hope this helps!

And do you BRRRR section 8 properties or just look for light rehabs?
