Many have video tours now already online of each unit.Depending on their taste and budget, also be aware many of the offices will first try to sell you the updated units vs classic....of course for more money for month, so if they're on a budget, they might ask if there are classic units available to view or rent.If they're interested in condos, townhomes, single family homes, that is a more likely area that the apartment locators won't touch and an agent might get involved to assist them.Best wishes and good luck.
