In NLV the city gets involved in trash/sewer/recycling/water and can lien your properties.

And I can only use recycled refrigerant at that time.

Some of those have recycled back into the market with a lower price range but still with loan contingencies, and some have given up and gone the rental route for housing. 

They aren't wanting investors to recycle the properties back onto the market.

one prop that was empty had three Junkers on it and an old aluminum boat ,other assorted trash and I waited a month told a scrapper if he gave me half what he got for them to take them to metal recycler.

Plus, based on what I hear about what so-called "gurus" are charging for advice they hear from me and then recycle without really understanding what they are saying, my prices  are bargain basement!

We are almost at the peak , if not peak , of RE cycle in this are (by just historical data). 

Unlike a laundromat, they can use recycled water and are therefore very difficult to audit.

What local resources are there (IE.is there a place that recycles building materials?)
