I believe that Trump really wants to change things in Washington, but I don't think Washington has any interest in changing and being President isn't the same as being the CEO, the unilateral decisions that you can make are rather limited and unlikely to affect the Washington Political Machine for good or bad.

Actually, the changes to options come from international accounting treaties so our books align in financial markets, little to do with Dodd-Frank, the IRS adopted the requirements under GAAP, so that's where the rub is and that won't be changed by any President, so as to lease-options, folks need to learn :)
