@Brandon Morgan I think you can go it alone but if it’s been vacant 2 months clearly you need to either lower the rent amount or figure out how to do a mass showing like another poster mentioned where you get the property shown to multiple people quickly.

Hello all legal experts,If someone owns multiple real estate properties and each of those properties are in their own LLCs, then ownership by children or another family member is the question.If original owner passes away, then their children may not be able to operate them.
