I sat in a zoom meeting last night and they were showing graphs for the most real estate activity in the US in real time.

Let's recognize that all input here is just a drop in a large bucket of opinion, even with graphs.

The money of course people like but the achievements and milestones i see clients get more satisfaction out of.  

If you throw enough mud, some will stick and if you look at enough of these properties, you will eventually develop an eye for it.Alternatively, you can hire an inspector to assess each milestone on your SoW.

If you do not have a true vision of a goal that is fulfilling then reaching it or milestones of it will not have the satisfaction you hoped for.   

If I don't reach a certain milestone goal--so what?

I have a problem I'm working on w/ a supply & demand graph.

On page 14 it shows a graph of historical apartment vacancy since 2003, while development slowed the market was never flooded.On page 11 shows stats for office vacancy, supply, and and absorption.
