The center does not currently have any major chains in it and have a couple larger spaces 10-20K sq ft) with potential to have some medium sized retail chain possibly (drug stores, dollar stores, or even auto parts stores).

They charge in the range of $400 for a medium sized (under 3000 sf) house. 

I think there's skinny FIRE, medium and fat.Medium to me means I still am conscious of cost and value, but don't need to acquire cc cattle hacking travel miles, clip  coupons, shop at grocery outet or to be concerned about my theater, concert, sports games, restaurant or movie budget.  

We decided to help them and moved the medium size fig tree from the middle of the yard to a corner.

I get higher rents in Memphis but taxes are medium high and vacancies/rent readies are high. 

Yes overall, less in the smaller town, but 10min from medium city and 30min from larger city that have seen significant growth.

Unit 1 4yrs. pays 825 with 4 people living there and one medium-large dog.
