For the most part, BRRRRkeys aren't really working right now because the margins aren't there to offer the benefit of them--the forced appreciation--which is the whole point in taking on that risk.

The one or 2 that were not were extraordinarily flakey and never completed the initial intake process.Out of curiosity I just checked my locations fair market rent which the voucher is based on and my rents are far beyond those listed.

We have the 1st floor front unit up for rent as well so we will see how that goes.We pre-screen on the initial phone call so the people we make appointments with have verified they make 3x the monthly rent in take home income, no felonies, & no evictions. 

It can be assumed that you are a greedy capitalist pig who has no interest in taking care of your property, and will be a slumlord?

We are at such a massive net shortage of skilled workers that we need to intake in the millions of skilled workers just to get to stability of current pricing.

Then the record can be followed up by a lead intake person or auto followup campaign sequence of emails, text messages and ringless voicemails.  

A couple of years ago when the regional water deal was being put together by the suburbs and Chamber of Commerce there was going to be money in there (from the suburbs) that would have paid to replace those lines plus upgrade the plant, develop a second intake, and upgrade sewer lines.
