I definitely looked at this deal and thought its a good deal but not a great deal - definitely had the right mix of things that I felt confident to tackle and learn the skills I was going to need when the market is once again favorable to investor purchasing.Before this my wife and I were living in a Condo in Bucktown.

I am Tackling my final R in the BRRR method for the first time.

Backstory: I am wanting to purchase an investment property and they're moving quickly here in Atlanta, so wondering if I can tackle the initial offer/purchase this way in order to move forward rather than waiting for the HELOC to come through since it may only be a matter of days in between closing and when my HELOC funds become available. 

I do not have the knowledge to tackle this task but would love the opportunity to be part of this deal. 

I have wanted to look into separating that, but I'm 3 hrs away and not ready to tackle that yet.

David Greene's book on long distance investing was a great help to me tackles most questions.

So, how does everyone tackle this issue when it not only counters common sense but also the market itself. 

I have a few SFR in Garland,  but haven't tackled a remodel yet, so I was a bit intrigued on this one.

The immediate project has a large scope of work beyond that of which I want to tackle myself.
