It was the right decision for me at the time to have it be an LTR, but it's a PITA restoring it.

I still think they need to upgrade their security for me to trust their system again but at least their customer support was able to sort it out, just took some time.

The latter takes available cash, but you may be surprised at what you can do if you are willing to put in the time!
