Yes to the bunk beds.One house I don't have any king beds, but have 2 Queens in each room.

So I would recommend you take into consideration your ability to tolerate living with someone in your house if you are considering renting rooms, it’s not for everyone.

@Ashni Modi I really like new construction SFH in Casa Grande, you can find properties that make great rentals from $300-400k, they have a 7% rent to price ratio with zero maintenance repairs or cap ex.

@Michael LindeYou will need to get educated on it - start by going over to the tax lien and mortgage note forum here on BP and watch some videos on YouTube.Full disclosure - unless you have a few hundred grand to invest notes probably not what you’re gonna be looking for.

In the mean time, build a one-room or studio dwelling on the property as well, and then after a year move back to FL.Really wondering if there's a quicker option than "work for a few years to make money and then start." 

And if they are looking for a one bedroom or two bedroom, they will be pleasantly surprised at the extra room. 

We also currently have an LLC set up for our short term rental operations which we have been already running out of our spare room in our home which will cease when we rent it out.

Light color makes the rooms seem larger and natural wood looks good.It's tricky to get a really good even stain.
