What you are encountering is typical for OOS investors when dealing with a PM company.

Most of the agents I've encountered really don't do much of that business, so they don't have the right product for someone who's trying to make the numbers work as a business. 

They have the best customer service and communication I’ve encountered.

I'm hoping that sticker price will remain true...its not what you actually pay.

Hear them talk about the success and failures they encountered.

Something that works a bit better for SFRs is stickers on the door that verify the rental price company and how someone would be contacted, because many of the scammers tell people to go look at the property especially if the property has self tour.

You might encounter some hassle with traditional lending. 

Not that it couldn't work but you could encounter some battles you may not want to fight.
