Eventually, the goal is to take what I’ve learned and make my own company, and eventually live the way I dream of.And as of now, I am just re-directing my focus to my career in real estate, seeking out the help of the biggerpockets forum.

This is my life long dream to be able to own rental properties and make steady cash flow as I watch my properties soar in equity! 

My thought is you WANT this and  DREAM of this and are financially set to do it….

My dream for years has been a 4plex I could drive by and check on without necessarily managing it, but I'm not seeing how people can rent for $1200-1500/unit and pay $850-950k for a 4plex and still manage to cashflow in any decent kind of way?

My husband recently stepped away from his 9-5 to help me realize my dream of becoming a mid-scale infill development company and investment co-op.
