I've signed up and looking at downloading a form and the reply is, "you are only able to download 3 forms a week".  

We use the august smart lock but we don’t integrate it with Airbnb because I don’t want to make guests download the app.

By searching the dumpsters for a few blocks around the laundromat we found the computer and were able to download the images despite them smashing the outside.
