Also, is the "service date" strictly the date the property was brought into a serviceable state, or the date the listing goes live?

Hello fellow bp members,I am currently eager to get my foot in the real estate game and working hard to learn, earn money, and get the ball rolling to house hack.

I believe that the best way for me to grow in this field is by connecting with both experienced real estate investors and fellow newcomers.

How old are they/how much life-span is left, what's replacement costs for that today, then forward cast it, take into account inflation to such costs, now you have your total and a date.

I've experimented a bit and realized that I need to post every two days and ensure the craigslist ad is up to date as well.

That date will be the second Thursday for our meet up.

We have completed 7 deals and to date have made money on each one.
