Common question - "DSCR Loans" are going to have DSCR be calculated as Rent/PITIA (no prop mgmt fees, vacancy/credit loss or any other expenses counted).  

I have heard many different strategies for those an one common one is going into a syndication with other investors.

Title company found out because it was on the chain of title.I don't know if this is common practice since this is not the subject property to be on a loan.

There's certainly quite a few of us around but things have been kinda slow since the interest rates jumped up and BP is doing a revamp of their website and overhauling the different premium tier packages and I've noticed its been messing with notifications and keywords and such so some people are just missing posts they would normally see. 

Have you noticed how competitive the real estate market is right now?

Everyone knows that as the booking window narrows, guests go looking for places that have discounted their place to get a short notice booking. 

Give them 30 days notice on the month to month , to leave 

This is not a very common issue though.  

I noticed one property where it seems that someone got a single mortgage with a legal description containing several properties.
