Huge learning curve then you have to assemble a reliable team, but like others said it can be done.

I am sure you could assemble a team of cleaners, managers etc that would be more economical, but in my area of Banner Elk, Blue Ridge seems to be the goto choice.

Not sure if he for 20-30% off though, but they were fairy expensive.I have had good luck with RTA (Lily Ann and RTACabinetStore) but I can assemble them myself very quick, so if you have to pay this could eat into the cost savings.

Items need assembling, beds need to be made, trash needs to be disposed of (this is a bigger deal than you might think, an entire home's worth of cardboard boxes), you may need door locks or security cameras installed, wifi set up, tv's mounted and connected to the internet, kitchen needs to be set up functionally, sometimes remotes, light switches, etc need to be labeled.

Or assemble a few starting from the corner and working inwards..
