Slowly but surely and bouncing around from jobs, I ended up picking up a security job and studied over night.I attempted several business ideas, a nutritional supplement company, day trading, etc.

At the end of the day, my opinion is the market will bounce back and bounce back with a vengeance.

Even when the market collapsed, my portfolio was only down about 10% and it bounced back quickly.Crypto is tougher just because the volatility, you can have 20k in reserves one day, and wake up with 5k in reserves.

After any recession that may happen your appreciation will bounce right back.Cash-flowing, house-hackers are the ones who will weather any storm no problem.

There will be some challenges for the next year, but it will bounce back.

The restaurant I was running shut down due to the pandemic so obviously making the mortgage is something I am now concerned about since the f&B industry is going to take a while to bounce back to where it was. 

I got another contract...I gave a 3 day diligence period....that bounced out becuase they were trying to flip it...they had systems in place and were no issue dealing with.THERE WILL BE CALLS.

I’m hoping for a mentor who can share their insights, or a few friendly posters who I can bounce ideas and ask for help from.

It's just a matter of how long that is, and how long it will take for the big cities to bounce back.
