Lots of buyers/renters remorse probably.Not your problem to solve, but maybe there are good tenants out there that would react the same way....

These are young, able bodied adults and the husband is sitting at home all day.

My property went into contract twice before I got it, so you have to react quickly:  saw the listing on Monday was in contract Friday.  

Dead body, overdose, tenants fooling around with other tenants spouses, break ins, walking in on an intruder (2x), pet rattlesnakes that escape, water leaks, broken air conditioning, flea infestations and people trying to rip you off. 

These choices might have higher management fees than others "not in house".Possibly slower to react to events in the world or markets than you might be. 

Don't even react.

Skin in the game keeps us in when it gets tough.I didn't pay a trainer 1 on 1 but definitely utilized the Body Pump group classes 3x per week and small group HIIT ( high intensity interval training) circuits when I could.
