Hitting up citizens of other countries is something I wouldn't approach at all, now, if they contact me as to a property I hold for sale, that's a horse of a different color.A wholesaler is a "straw-man", a "facilitator", there are many areas of commerce where these arrangements are usual, customary, legal and generally accepted.

Equally doubtful Ryan you do realize Mr. and Mrs Morris are being sued by  a great number of people for fraud in addition a big class action brewing along with investigation from the AG in IN and FLA.. there are hundreds of investors who followed this pied piper to financial ruin.This guy is not one to respect or emulate his theories are horse crap.
