As best as I can tell, most wholesalers have little to no money of their own, so they insert themselves as a middle man to try to skim some profit off of the transaction between buyer and seller.

The above article confirmed this point.Reason for this, there's quite a few rent skimming scams going on back then.

So my tenant at the house filled up 5 milk crates worth of the walnuts and gave them to us. 

I'm going to glaze and skim over some details that got me here, partly because it was a long time ago, and partly because I am not intending for this to be a full biography.  

This allows the user to skim through it faster.Lack of Rentals:  I had to scroll out quite a bit to find another rental property in the vicinity.  

The sides were cracking, so we broke them out, inserted bars, re-poured and then put a skim coat over the tops, if that makes sense.

If not, I was going to repaint anyway.Probably won't do this with the duplex I'm rehabbing since it will be freshly, professionally skim coated and painted for the next tenant.
