@Ersil Stewart thank you for your quick response, i am looking into a skip trace for one of the properties but a quick property tax record search says one of the properties is owned by the federal national mortgage assn (fannie mae). is there any way to acquire a property from fannie mae if it is not listed on homepath.comthanks again for your help
