You see more trash bags holding clothes than baskets.U know what in the fire and police business they have ride along.. 

The Internet does not have any police enforcement and there are many crooks on there who get away with murder. 

It is not policed very well. 

The police were able to find the ladies sister, so now I'm talking to her about what she wants to do with the stuff left in the unit.I went by the unit last Sunday and saw all the notices I had served still hanging on the door. 

:)now I'm looking at my possible second deal.it's an older one. 4 bedrooms 1 bathroom, will need painting, furniture.. might be able to keep the kitchen, but it's old looking. will probably be renting to students and truth be told. they don't have options. very few places to rent in the city. 45k + repairs, rents for 125/bedroom/month (around 500). now the cool thing it actually brings an attic that already has water and electricity, and an old bathroom in it. would have to fully restore this attic but I would be able to make a 1bedroom apartment there. won't probably rent it for much more than a bedroom on the actual apartment though as it's a descending ceiling on both sides.

They called the police to inspect the home and make sure no one was still in there.

I have 7 individual polices and they are cheaper as a whole versus one commercial policy. 

The first time it flooded in 2015 I contacted the police jury and they just said they would send someone out to look at it. 

When the property was almost ready for marketing, Freedom got alerted by the police.
