The deed restriction was fully observed as I was in title for the required period and title was transferred after the deed restriction period.The point of the "intent" issue has nothing to do with the legality of the structure of the Trust.

Where I suggest staying out of is the areas where all the investors are buying up the inventory because if you get a property there, you will most likely end up flipping it to an investor rather than a primary home buyer, meaning you won't get as much.Not sure that explains it much better, but in my observation it's best, and most profitable, to flip in areas where the buy and hold investors are *not*.

According to my observation, for whatever reasons, the mortar between tiles was not used the right mixture installed …. in between the tiles, there is some mortar and sand above the connection between the tiles.It catches dirty easy.

Caseworker will need to figure out the UAs and tenant's co-pay and maybe do a cursory inspection.If you mean you want an income-restriction on the property, I wouldn't do that.I guess the pros are that you get the voucher amount on the first and if the tenant becomes a PITA you can call the caseworker who can usually pull vouchers as enforcement.Cons are you'll prob be a little lower rent, you still need to collect the co-pay and the tenants (my own anecdotal observations) are tougher on the units.

From my observation many areas do not update their online records more than once a month or so, so if you don't find the holding company's name online right away don't panic.

My observation in townhome rental market over past year has led me to believe that is easier to rent townhomes in NoVA then any other type of property.
