Outside the movies, I don't think being completly self taught really works that well especially without help in many areas of business

Jessup, it's an old movie and didn't place the name, I'm not seeing the similarity as I never yell at anyone, while my opinions may be voiced in tone, I'm not really yelling.

It is next door to a JCPenny.The neighborhood is a clutter of all popular retails: Walmart, Costco, JCPenny, Movie theater, popular eating places, etc...

I am looking for advice on what I can do while I am younger to make myself better prepared for investing in the future, because the last thing that I want to do is graduate college and find myself utterly unprepared for anything (granted, I will be unprepared for many things, but the goal here is to be prepared for as much as possible.)I don't spend much, for the most part I put gas in my parents' Prius every now and then and I buy the occasional movie ticket or candy bar - but I save most of my paycheck.So, my biggest question is, what can I do to set myself up for success?

Stop discretionary spending (Things you don't need to spend on every month, Like eating out, Trips to Bars,Night Clubs, Movies, Internet other then Basic Cable).

Asking people if this is a good deal reminds me of that movie "Planes , Trains , and Automobiles - Your going the wrong way, how do they know where were going?"

That's only in the movies now unless you are a big institutional investor buying tens and hundreds of millions at a time.

This is happening in real life not in a movie!
