In mid-2021, the company joined forces with Cousins Properties and entered into a joint venture partnership to develop Neuhoff, a new mixed-used development.

You will have to become active and join a firm (affiliate) where you'll have oversight, and if you want keys to the kingdom so to speak, you'll have to subscribe to your NAR MLS, perhaps your commercial board, and all the memberships your firm requires. 

I am on pace to achieve that in six years and join the millionaire club two years after that.

You can learn a ton through social media and then once you have nailed down who would be the best fit to join up with, you can drop that much money in confidence.

You only need to sell the first one in a 5 year period from when you bought it.The next best thing to do is join the military.
