the internet has changed this a lot compared to what it used to be ..

I believe that most people on BiggerPockets are ethical and wouldn't take advantage of me posting this but well this is the internet so caution is a good thing.Looking for advice on weather to try to stretch myself right out of the gate or to let it pass.

It is easier for small time internet trolls/ losers to "Bash" you online than come up to you and talk to you if a concern would be legitimate.

I have read many things on the internet but I have yet to find a simple summary of what to expect in the years ahead.

You'd be an idiot to follow anyone's advice blindly on any internet forum without consulting your attorney. 

Likewise, if you don't like debating a topic on a public internet forum, just stop debating.Anyway, here's what I take away from your last post...Wholesaling is perfectly legal as long as:- You call it a "quick sale" instead of "market sale".- You keep your profits to same vague percentage that can't legally be justified or refuted.

I've been looking at lease-option materials on the internet, all of the books, blogs by gurus and their material is outdated!
